Services
Four things, done well. If you're not sure what you need, call and we'll tell you straight — even if the answer is that you don't need us.
FFL Transfers
Bought online? Have it shipped here. We handle receiving, paperwork, and the background check so you can pick it up legally and get on with your day.
- Flat transfer fee — no surprises at pickup
- We'll send our license to your seller
- You're notified the day it arrives
Gunsmithing & Repair
Diagnostics, repair, cleaning, and upgrades on the bench. You get an honest assessment before any work starts — if it isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you that too.
- Function diagnostics and repair
- Optics mounting and sight work
- Deep cleaning and restoration
Consignment Sales
Don't want the hassle of selling it yourself? We photograph it, write it up, list it to a national buyer pool, and manage the sale from first bid to final transfer.
- Professional photos and descriptions
- Listed where serious buyers are looking
- Clear commission agreed up front
Appraisals & Estate Buyouts
Inherited a collection and not sure what you're holding? We'll give you a fair, documented valuation — and make an offer if you'd rather not sell it piece by piece.
- Single firearms or full collections
- Written valuations for insurance or probate
- Discreet, respectful handling
Services & pricing
Posted up front so you know roughly what you're in for before you drive out. Every price below is a starting point for a firearm in normal condition — anything unusual gets quoted after inspection, and you'll hear the number before any work begins.
Cleaning & maintenance
Starting atSights & optics
Starting atTriggers & action work
Starting atAR-15 & rifle work
Starting atCross Arms holds a dealer license, not a manufacturing license. Assembling a complete firearm for a customer falls under manufacturing, so we don't offer it — but we're glad to guide you through your own build.
Repairs & parts
Starting atOther services
Prices are starting points and cover labor only — parts are additional and quoted separately. Excessive rust, prior amateur work, or seized components add time; you'll get a call with a revised number before we proceed, not a surprise at pickup.

A trade passed down, not picked up.
Cross Arms opened in August of 2016, but the work behind it goes back a lot further than that. My grandfather started at sixteen and spent a lifetime at it. I grew up in this — it was the family trade long before it was my business, and I'm the one holding the license and standing at the bench today.
That matters for a simple reason: when you call, you're talking to the person who will actually be handling your firearm. Not a counter employee, not a call center. You get straight answers on what something's worth, how long a repair will take, and whether a transfer even makes sense before you commit to anything.
Every transaction is conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local law. Required background checks and documentation are handled here, correctly, every time.
Pick a time that works
Transfers, drop-offs, and appraisals run by appointment so you're never waiting on someone else's job to finish.
